It's the Season of Love and Celebration we share of those near and dear. Thinking about health and New Year Resolutions around the corner I can share some experience in having changed bad habits for 30 years in my own life, and learning easier ways to reach goals as a therapist who helps clients change at their deepest levels, in the quiet of their homes with my recordings.
