Poem for Moms or Dads suffering a child's addiction

As a Mom with a son who has addiction the FEAR sometimes eats me up. Only thing that helps for me is energy work to help me release the fear. I found this poem on FB and it reflects what many moms feel.

Do not judge the Mom

She comes in many forms.

She is broken and feels like dying,

She may look young,

but she feels Ancient.

She smiles through sobbing eyes,

She walks, talks, does the dishes, cleans, cooks and carries on,

She is present,

Yet, she is not.

She is here but a part of her is elsewhere.

Waiting what seems an eternity,

Until her child is clean, she is animated in time.

Suffering until she dies.
