After getting really scared like most people, as a result of Covid19 I thought about diet, and how we can buildup our immune systems, to become proactive in getting and staying healthy. Not to say building our immune system will stop us from contacting Covid19, yet, if we do get it we need the best health available to fight it until vaccines are developed. With Diet, and lowering stress (stress lowers immune system) plus adequate sleep and water to purify our blood we can better fight any health issue which comes our way, be it the flu, Covid19 or God knows what, we will be prepared to fight for our health, and have enhanced chances of faster recovery time. Yes we Can Deal, and Yes we shall thrive with Optimal health soon. I really got into this because I have spent the past 30 years learning about nutrition, Psychology, and Soul health. I am a wellness professional who deeply believes

we can evolve to live better lives, and to thrive, instead of merely survive.

Luckily, Health experts have discovered many health building nutritional supplements, along with eating mostly healthy, to help us overcome or greatly enhance chances of overcoming obesity, diabetes, cancer, addiction, autism, yes autism, and many more conditions. First of all, I recommend getting a alkalized water machine to purify your water, and to make it more alkalized than acid. Mix Honey, Turmeric, Ginger, and a lemon squirt in a bowl. Take one tablespoon. This will make any virus run. Excellent
